It gives me great pleasure to welcome readers to the inaugural issue of Scientia Med: K.D. University Journal.

The launch of this journal marks an important step in K.D. University's academic journey. A university grows not only through teaching and learning, but also through the questions its scholars ask, the evidence they generate and the knowledge they share. Scientia Med offers a platform for that work across medical, dental, nursing, paramedical and allied health sciences.

I hope the journal will encourage our faculty, students and research scholars to pursue thoughtful, ethical and clinically relevant research. By bringing together perspectives from different disciplines, it can help turn scientific enquiry into better education, better healthcare and meaningful service to society.

I congratulate the editorial team and all contributors on bringing this first issue to life. I also extend my best wishes to the researchers whose work will shape its future. May Scientia Med become a respected forum for rigorous scholarship and constructive academic exchange.
