5. Blinded Text (IMRaD) & 7. Tables / Figures

Main Text Architecture (IMRaD): Follow Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. (Review articles may use structured thematic headings).

Tables & Artwork Standards: Number consecutively; submit clinical photos and high-resolution images at minimum 300 dpi; supply legends separately; avoid text duplication.

Ethics, Governance, Authorship & AI Disclosure

9. Ethical Clearances

Human studies must cite Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) approval number and date. Clinical trials must provide CTRI registration. Animal studies must follow CPCSEA guidelines.

10. Informed Consent

Mandatory written informed consent for all Case Reports, clinical photographs, identifiable patient images, and clinical descriptions.

12. Artificial Intelligence Policy

AI tools may assist with language editing or formatting, but cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain fully accountable for accuracy, originality, and references. Major AI use must be disclosed.

13. ICMJE Authorship Criteria

Substantial contribution to design/acquisition, drafting/critical revision, final version approval, and accountability for all aspects of the published work.

14. Conflicts & 15. Funding

Disclose all financial interests, consultancy, employment, or declare "None". State funding agency & grant number (or "This research received no external funding").

16. Data & 18. Copyright

Specify data repository link and access conditions. Upon acceptance, authors retain academic responsibility while granting the journal publication rights under Creative Commons licensing.

19. Final Submission Checklist

20. Editorial Outcomes & Review Decisions

Following independent peer evaluation, the Editor-in-Chief communicates one of four formal verdicts:

Accept Immediate typesetting, proofing, & DOI assignment.

Minor Revision Minor clarifications requested within 14 days.

Major Revision Substantial analytical re-work and re-review.

Reject Out of scope or critical methodological deficits.

Authors must submit revised manuscripts and rebuttal letters within the specified editorial timeframe.
